Have you ever thought about common stereotypes about South Koreans?

Foreigners think that South Koreans seem rude. I second that in some situations. When I wait for a subway or an elevator in a building, most people try to go in before other people come out. It's because Koreans tend to do something as fast as possible, I think. Another common stereotype is that Koreans are hard workers. It's true but it's not because they want to. The work environment was made like that. Fortunately, a law started last July, which limits working hours to 52 hours per week. I guess that it's the beginning for a better work and life balance.
